Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the USA.  

We offer flat rate tracked shipping of $18 CAD, or Small/Lightweight items (up to 500g total) can ship Regular Mall (Untracked) within Canada for a $5 flat rate. 

We aim to ship all orders within 2 days.  Time to receive your order varies by your location within Canada, most orders will be received within 2-9 business days (tracked), or 10-15 business days (regular mail).  Rural/northern locations may take additional time.  You can check the status of your tracked order by entering it into https://www.canadapost.ca/track-reperage/en#/home

Orders to the USA are shipped via USPS with a tracking number.  Please note that our shipping covers transportation of your purchase, but that any duties or taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Time to receive your order varies by location, most orders will be received within 7-10 business days.

Local Pickup:  We are located in London, Ontario.  If you are in our area and would like to pick up your order, choose the "local pickup" option at checkout.  Once your order is ready for pick up, we will contact you to arrange a contact-free pickup time at our location.  All pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days of completion.
